Quail Park of Lynnwood is seeking a Care Partner/Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in daily living activities and comprehensive care. The role involves assisting with ADLs, documenting observations, and collaborating with licensed nurses to ensure resident well-being.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with elderly residents in a residential or long-term care setting preferred.
• Ability to take blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature and O2 saturation.
• Enjoy interacting with seniors and building relationships with residents and families.
• Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, families and team members.
• Must read, comprehend, write, and speak English.
• Must meet health-related state licensure requirements.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid and Food Handler credentials.
• Maintain continuing education credits.

Aufgaben

• Review and understand all resident individual service plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, ambulation).
• Engage residents in conversation and socialization during personal care.
• Observe residents for changes and report to a licensed nurse or supervisor.
• Complete incident reports and other forms with accuracy and detail.
• Assist with resident mealtimes.
• Make resident beds and manage waste; tidy as needed.
• Turn down beds as needed; change linens and towels.
• Keep resident clothing and closets neat and organized.
• Assist with cleaning walkers, wheelchairs, and related equipment.
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed.
