Job summary

Chateau Retirement is seeking a full-time Caregiver in Lynnwood, WA to support residents with daily living activities, light housekeeping, and proactive care coordination. The role emphasizes compassionate, family-focused service and a stable work schedule.

You will work with a team to document care, respond to calls, and assist residents to meals and activities in a supportive environment. This position requires current HCA/CNA certification and CPR/First Aid credentials.

Qualifications

• Active HCA/CNA license
• Previous experience working with the elderly a plus
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Valid CPR/First Aid certificate

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as outlined by care plan.
• Light housekeeping as outlined by resident’s care plan.
• Document all ADL services provided.
• Answer pendent calls promptly and take appropriate action.
• Escort residents to meals and activities as assigned.
