Job summary

Water Oak Villa Operations Team is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with activities of daily living and daily tasks. The role emphasizes compassionate care, dignity, and strong communication with residents and families within Water Oak Villa.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, mobility, meals, hydration, and safety; maintaining records; and coordinating with the team to develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in senior resident services, social work, health care, or customer service is preferred.
• Flexible work schedule is a necessity.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and daily routines.
• Record temperature, vital signs, and intake/output as directed.
• Provide care like bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Help with meals, hydration, and snack distribution as scheduled.
• Maintain resident records and communicate with the RS Team Leader.
