Job summary

We Care Senior Care, a Home Instead franchise, is seeking a Client Care Advisor to advocate for clients and families, coordinate care, and drive a consultative sales approach to tailor service plans. You will be the primary contact, building trust-based relationships and ensuring high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Training or experience in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Gerontology, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in client services, healthcare, senior care, social work, or care coordination strongly preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Experience working with older adults, families, and caregivers is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advocate for clients, ensuring they receive high-quality care and support.
• Primary point of contact for clients and families, building lasting relationships.
• Conduct Care Consultations and service inquiries, assess needs, create tailored care plans, and execute consultative sales process.
• Maintain follow-up with potential clients and families to ensure ongoing engagement.
• Oversee client service plans and collaborate with care team for seamless service delivery.
• Lead client and Care Pro introductions and ensure a positive experience.
