Job summary

The Park at Bay Area Assisted Living is seeking a Resident Attendant to assist Seniors with daily living activities and to provide compassionate, respectful support. You will help with bathing, dressing, hygiene, transfers, and promoting independence according to each Resident’s Care Plan.

Responsibilities include dining assistance, responding to call lights, and maintaining accurate documentation, while adhering to safety rules under the guidance of the Director and Resident Services team.

Qualifications

• Assist Residents with daily living activities following each Resident’s Care Plan.
• Maintain compassionate, respectful, and dignified interactions with Residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, personal hygiene).
• Move, transfer, and reposition Residents safely.
• Deliver trays and assist with dining to ensure meal quality and temperatures.
• Respond to Resident call lights and emergencies promptly.
• Attend meetings and in-services as requested by the Director.
• Complete required documentation of assistance provided.
