Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification preferred or required by state.
• CPR certification must be current or obtained during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plan (dressing, toileting, grooming, bathing).
• Read the 24-hour log at the beginning of shift.
• Conduct rounds and check resident well-being and care needs.
• Assist residents with clothing choices and mobility aids.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse or Resident Care Director.
