Bridge Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Associate to support residents during the night shift (11p-7a). The role focuses on ADL assistance, safety, memory care activities, and fostering a warm, engaging atmosphere for seniors.

Ideal candidates bring CNA/HHA credentials, First Aid/CPR, and at least one year of related experience. This position offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• CNA or HHA in applicable state.
• First Aid & CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) while making meaningful connections with each Resident.
• Provide safe transferring, assistance with personal hygiene, memory care stimulation, and social interaction.
• Exhibit a passion for serving seniors while contributing to the positive environment our residents are proud to call home.
