Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• STNA/CNA certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily plan of care including basic daily living activities.
• Assist with meals and resident comfort.
• Document care provided and monitor residents’ condition.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the unit, including light housekeeping.
• Report changes to Wellness Leadership promptly.
• Attend meetings and trainings as scheduled.
