Job summary

Elite Home Care, Day Centers & Transportation in Greer, SC is hiring an Activity/Member Assistant to support elderly and young adults in a caring, engaging setting. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekends.

You will assist with activities, provide ADL support, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality. The role offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits after 30 days,Paid time off after 30 days, and a friendly team

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience with elderly/disabled preferred but not required.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Clean background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

Assist the Activity Director in implementing engaging activities (arts, crafts, music, games, education).
Provide hands-on personal care (ADL) to members as needed.
Engage members to foster a positive, interactive environment.
Set up and clean activity areas to maintain a safe, organized space.
Redirect behaviors to support a respectful atmosphere.
Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to RN Administrator.
Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
