You will monitor patient conditions, adhere to safety protocols, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and participate in professional development. Requires RN license and BLS; BSN preferred; 40-hour work week; benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing with BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• BSN preferred; associate degree acceptable with relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Engages in professional governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and updates care plans accordingly.
• Maintains patient safety and proper delegation within the team.
• Documents accurately in the EHR and complies with policies.
• Possibility to float to other units as needed.
• Assures age-specific and ethical care per department standards.
