Job summary

Mission Hospital in North Carolina seeks a Registered Nurse Wound Care to join our patient-centered care team. You will lead the delivery of professional nursing care using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care and education for families.

Ideal candidates will have BCLS within 30 days, RN licensure, CWOCN/CWON/WCC or related degree within 2 years, and 5 years of experience in wound care or related field. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
(RN) Registered Nurse Licensure.
(CWOCN) CWOCN, or (CWON) CWON, or (WCC) Wound Care Certified, or related nursing degree within 2 years.
5 years experience required.

Responsibilities

Provides leadership to facilitate delivery of professional nursing care.
Uses the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
Delivers, delegates, supervises and documents care and teaching of patients and family.
Implements medically prescribed interventions.
