The RN will assess patients, administer medications, document care, educate families, and advocate for patients while upholding the mission and values of HCA Healthcare.

Qualifications

• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• RN licensure required.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing.
• 1 year of RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition on admission and each shift; report changes.
• Administer medications; monitor therapeutic response and document care.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, plan and medications; translate terms.
