TriCities Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, is hiring a Wound Care Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with Virginia state standards. You will assess patients on admission and each shift, administer medications, document care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements include a BSN preferred, current Virginia RN license or compact, BLS within 30 days, and 1–2 years of wound care experience.

Formación

• BSN preferred.
• Current RN Virginia license or compact multistate license.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience in wound care.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient condition during admission and shifts, report changes.
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic responses; document care.
• Provide responsive, compassionate care and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to ensure quality outcomes.
