Greenwood Center in Warwick, RI, is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join its nursing team. As an RN, you will provide high-quality care, supervise staff, and support residents' health, dignity, and independence.

This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with shift differentials, competitive pay of $43.00–$49.00 per hour, and strong teamwork in a resident-centered environment that values safety and quality care.

Competenze

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing (RN) program.
• Current, active Rhode Island RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred, but not required.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of care.

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, individualized care plans, facility policies, and applicable regulations.
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff on assigned units.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor residents for adverse reactions.
• Transcribe and carry out physician orders accurately.
• Perform wound care, treatments, and skilled nursing interventions as ordered.
• Monitor, document, and report changes in residents' conditions to physicians and appropriate leadership.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident outcomes.
