Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program.
• Current RI LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and respond appropriately to residents' needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Perform vital signs, wound care, and other duties within scope of practice.
• Document resident care accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with RNs and physicians to support resident health.
