Saber Health Group in a skilled nursing facility is seeking a compassionate RN to assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing staff to deliver exceptional care. Follows all relevant standards and policies in the SNF setting.

The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with wage between $34.50 and $40.00 per hour, plus shift differentials for evenings and weekends. Generous benefits and growth options are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise aides per policy.
• Evaluate care and ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards.
• Collaborate with DON and staff to maintain high-quality care.
