Job summary

Westerly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver skilled clinical care and monitor resident conditions, following individualized care plans and standards. This role requires Rhode Island RN licensure and CPR/BLS certification.

You will work in a compassionate, patient-centered environment with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive culture, including sign-on incentives and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with nursing standards and the physician's plan of treatment.
• Follow care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations are met.
