Job summary
Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, is seeking Per Diem and Part Time Registered Nurses. Compensation ranges from $40.00 to $49.00 per hour, including shift differential, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for part-time roles.
You will care for residents across assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing, perform clinical duties, administer medications, maintain infection prevention, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 6 months RN experience.
- CPR certification required.
- Experience with an EMR system preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting holistic needs.
- Perform clinical duties in line with nursing standards.
- Promote independence by teaching residents and families about care and medications.
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to maintain safety.
- Collaborate with care associates to deliver routine nursing care.
- Maintain infection prevention and administer medications per orders.
- Coordinate a holistic care plan with the interdisciplinary team.
- Document accurately and timely in the EMR.
- Participate in care conferences as requested.
