Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where you will practice.
• Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience with an EMR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a caregiver approach to support physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties in line with state nurse practice act and standards of practice.
• Promote independence by teaching residents and families about conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Monitor resident status and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care teams to provide routine nursing care.
• Administer medications and maintain infection prevention practices.
• Develop holistic care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in the EMR accurately and timely.
• Participate in care conferences as requested.

Skills

Active RN license

RN experience (6 months+)

CPR certification

EMR experience (preferred)
