Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate accurate information at handoffs to ensure best outcomes.
• Assess, plan, intervene, coordinate, and evaluate patient care.
• Document nursing care in real time per hospital policy.
• Delegate to licensed and non-licensed staff as assigned.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide patient-centered care.
