Qualifications

• RN with acute care experience preferred.
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current license to practice as a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Communicates accurate information at hand offs and with patients, families, and co-workers.
• Performs patient assessment, planning, intervention, coordination and evaluation per plan of care.
• Maintains real-time documentation of nursing care.
• Directs other licensed and non-licensed staff in patient care.
• Provides patient and family education.
