LionStone Care is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for Colerain Care Center in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time position offers a day shift (12 hours) and an hourly pay range of $38.00–$43.00.

An associate degree in nursing is required, along with an active RN license and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Active RN license.
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong clinical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans with the team.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust plans as needed.
• Document care activities in the EHR.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff for safe care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide CPR when needed.
