Job summary

Covenant Village Care Center in Cincinnati is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting. You will assess needs, create and implement care plans, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with electronic health records. Previous long-term or acute care experience is valued; licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active RN license.
• Experience in healthcare, long-term care, or acute care preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans and monitor patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans with the team.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document accurately.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care as needed; communicate changes.
• Provide patient and family education on medications and care strategies.
• Maintain compliant documentation in the EHR and participate in care conferences.
