Colerain Care Center in Cincinnati, OH, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver direct patient care in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license and have strong clinical skills, communication, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing).
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in healthcare settings is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and therapies per physician orders.
• Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures.
• Educate patients and families about treatments and health maintenance.
• Document care in the electronic health record and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in care conferences.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when needed.
• Advocate for patient rights and deliver compassionate, person-centered care.
