Job summary

Genesis is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our long-term care facilities in the United States. The RN will deliver high-quality nursing care, perform comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Strong documentation using PCC and adherence to HIPAA and safety protocols are essential. The role requires an active RN license, ADN/BSN, and BLS certification, with experience in geriatric or post-acute care preferred.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
Licensure: Active RN license in the State Board of Nursing.
Certifications: BLS / CPR certification.
Clinical Experience: Experience in long-term care/post-acute/geriatric nursing preferred.
Language: English proficiency for documentation.

Responsibilities

Deliver efficient, high-quality nursing care under supervision to achieve positive clinical outcomes.
Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop care plans.
Supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs within state scope of practice.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for safe discharge planning.
Maintain real-time clinical documentation using PCC EHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
