Job summary

Harmony Home Health and Hospice, LLC. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team to create and manage individualized care plans for patients. You will observe and communicate effectively in the patient’s best interest with strong attention to detail.

The role requires current RN licensure in the state, with preferred prior RN experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a valid driver’s license with First aid/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment.
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
