Job summary

TRUST HOME CARE INC in Frederick, MD is seeking a Registered Nurse to develop and manage individualized care plans, observe patient conditions, and communicate effectively in the patient’s best interest.

The RN will coordinate with colleagues, administer medications, document changes, and maintain accurate records, ensuring high-quality home health care.

The role requires current RN license in MD, CPR/First Aid, valid driver’s license, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed RN in state of employment.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.
• Previous RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions.
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor.
