Job summary

Harmony Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. You will create and manage individualized care plans, observe patient conditions, and communicate effectively to support patient well-being.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in the employing state, bring strong interpersonal and client care skills, and are comfortable with documentation, medication administration, and a 7-on/7-off evening/weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment.
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
• Valid driver’s license
• First aid/CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
• This position is a 7 day on/ 7 day off schedule in the evenings and weekends
