Job summary

Harmony Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. You will primarily create and manage a plan of care for individual patients, observe and communicate in the patient’s best interest, and solve problems using up-to-date nursing practices.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in the employing state, with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care. A valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification are required.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
• Valid driver’s license
• First aid/CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
