Job summary

Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote, restore, and maintain residents' health and wellbeing. You will collaborate with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates to deliver physical and psych-social support.

You will manage clinical duties in line with state nurse practice acts, support residents’ independence by setting care goals, monitor changes in status, document care accurately, and participate in care

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months RN experience and senior care exposure preferred.
• Active RN license in state where practicing, CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills; experience with EMR software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents per state nurse practice act and standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support resident wellbeing.
• Document care accurately and participate in care conferences.
