Benchmark at Rye is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a full-time role. Evening shifts 2p-10p or nights 10p-6a with a competitive pay of $40-$44 per hour are offered, along with a supportive, home-like environment.

You will deliver nursing care to our residents, collaborate with a caring team, and contribute to a community that values long-lasting relationships with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required; CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved RN/LPN program.
• 1–2 years nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with elderly care desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, communicate, and document residents' status.
• Observe and report changes to care team per regulations.
• Direct and supervise daily work of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead RCAs in all aspects of their job.
• Coordinate care with providers via case management process.
• Balance service demands with resident independence.
• Recognize and report elder abuse per state regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and call for backup when needed.
