Job summary

Benchmark at Rye is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Rye, New Hampshire. This part-time day shift (6a-2p) offers competitive pay and a home-like environment where residents receive attentive nursing care.

As an LPN, you will assess and document residents, coordinate with the care team, mentor aides, and support independence while following state regulations. LPN licensure and CPR cert are required, with 1–2 years of experience preferred; elderly care

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a nurse preferred.
• Previous experience with the elderly is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, communicate, and document residents’ status accurately.
• Observe and report significant changes in resident health per regulations.
• Direct and supervise daily work of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead Resident Care Assistants in all aspects of their job.
• Coordinate care needs with community providers via case management.
