Benchmark Senior Living in Rye, New Hampshire, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a full-time day shift from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. This role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care in a warm, home-like environment for our residents.

You will be part of a dedicated team, mentoring Resident Care Assistants and coordinating care with other providers to ensure residents receive attentive, individualized support while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Current state license as an RN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved RN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience; elder care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports changes in resident health to the care team per state regulations.
• Directs and supervises daily work of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors Lead Resident Care Assistants in their duties.
• Coordinates care with community providers via case management.
• Balances service demands with resident independence.
• Prevents elder abuse, reports per state regulations.
• Responds to emergencies and safety systems as needed.
