Qualifications

• Compassionate patient care and empathy in elder care settings.
• CPR certification is required.
• RN program completion and licensure are required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess, document, and communicate residents' status accurately.
• Observe and report changes to care team and leadership.
• Supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants and Lead RCAs.
• Coordinate care with community providers and case management processes.
• Ensure resident independence while meeting service demands.
• Prevent elder abuse and respond to emergencies per state regulations.
