Qualifications

• Current state license as an RN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved RN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Prior elder care experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess, communicate, and document residents' status accurately.
• Observe and report changes to care team and supervisors.
• Direct and supervise Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead Resident Care Assistants in job duties.
• Coordinate care with community providers via case management.
• Balance service demands with resident independence.
• Identify and report elder abuse or neglect per state regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and use emergency systems as needed.
