Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver nursing care in a warm, home-like environment. You will be part of a dedicated team that fosters community and long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities include assessing and documenting residents' status, supervising care assistants and coordinating care needs. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $48.00-$52.00 and a variety of benefits including health plans and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred.
• Previous experience working with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports significant changes in resident behavior and health.
• Directs and supervises daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers.
• Responds to emergencies and knows when to call for backup.
