The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality patient care across the continuum. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess patients, develop care plans, and implement evidence‑based practices in a fast‑paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, adjusting care plans, and participating in safety and quality initiatives while maintaining thorough EHR documentation and interdepartmental

Qualifications

• RN must have graduated from a board‑approved nursing program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license to practice in the applicable state(s).
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required based on specialty.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care, engaging patients and families across the continuum.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Upholds a culture of safety and participates in continuous quality improvement.
• May administer medications and therapies according to clinical protocols.
