Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow up on physician orders and lab requests; inform patient of test results and further treatment; document services in EMR; observe patient and report significant changes.
• Document nursing history in EMR and physical assessment; initiate patient education plan.
• Abstract patient records via EMR; use Centricity and other software to support nursing functions; respond to emergencies and maintain crash cart.
