Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. You will interview patients, document in the EMR, record vital signs, and assist physicians during examinations to ensure patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include following physician orders, informing patients of test results and education, and maintaining essential emergency equipment. A strong foundation in nursing with BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN by State Board, certified in BLS required.
• Minimum 3 years RN experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to determine medical problems and record vital signs.
• Document nursing assessment and orders in EMR; assist physician as needed.
• Provide patient education and explain procedures and treatments.
• Respond to emergencies per policies; maintain crash cart and defibrillator.
• Perform chart review and support nursing care as assigned.
