Job summary

Good Samaritan Woodland in Brainerd, Minnesota, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all phases of health maintenance and treatment.

The role may include charge nurse responsibilities, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensuring safe, quality care within state practice

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multistate license (NLC).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families and interdisciplinary team.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
