Good Samaritan – Woodland is a 42-bed long-term skilled care facility in Brainerd, Minnesota. The Registered Nurse provides individualized nursing care, coordinates resident plans with families and the care team, and may serve as charge nurse while guiding licensed and unlicensed staff.

The role requires MN RN licensure, a degree in nursing, and rotating day shifts with pay incentives and a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or multi-state licensure (NLC).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team.
• Serve as charge nurse and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff as needed.
