Qualifications

• RN licensure required in Missouri or eligible.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• CPR/AED certification required or within six months of employment.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift and move patients with assistance as needed.
• Proficient in documentation and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status on admission and during the stay.
• Develop care plans with input from physicians, residents, families, and the IDT.
• Document care plans, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids safely.
• Identify changes in condition and report using SBAR.
• Assist with call lights and provide ADL support.
