Job summary

Bethesda Health in Kirkwood, MO is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to assess residents' health status on admission and throughout care, and to develop dynamic care plans with the interdisciplinary team. You will document plans, communicate with physicians, families, and IDT, and ensure safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• RN license in Missouri is required.
• CPR/AED certification required or obtainable within six months.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift and document care and orders.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health status on admission and during changes.
• Develop and revise care plans with the IDT and families.
• Document the care plan and interventions accurately.
• Communicate with residents, families, and IDT using SBARR.
• Assist with ADLs and resident care as needed.
