The Ridge Rehabilitation Center in California is hiring a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) to join our dedicated healthcare team. You will evaluate and treat residents with breathing disorders under a physician's direction, using respiratory care equipment to diagnose and treat conditions.

We value compassionate, patient-centered care and require 2–4 years of direct respiratory therapy experience, a current state license, CPR/BLS, and familiarity with long-term care guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years of direct Respiratory Therapy experience.
• Current Respiratory License in the state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Knowledgeable of long-term care regulations and nursing practices.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, treat and care for residents with breathing disorders.
• Set up and operate respiratory care equipment under a physician's direction.
• Monitor residents’ physiological responses to therapy.
