Sierra Health and Wellness is recruiting Residential Care Technicians (RCT/CNA/Med Tech) to provide high-quality care in a supportive living environment in California. The role includes duty coverage, ADL assistance, vital sign checks, and medication observation under supervision.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• HIPAA/client confidentiality awareness.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Med-tech certification or CNA certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care that promotes safety, respect, and therapeutic engagement.
• Observe clients’ physical and emotional condition and promptly report concerns to clinical staff.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including mobility, toileting, bathing and meals.
• Take and document vital signs and wellness checks per procedures.
• Observe and document client self-administration of medications.
• Respond to behavioral health or medical crises following intervention protocols.
• Prepare and maintain client rooms and common areas to ensure safety and supportive environment.
• Provide safe transportation for program activities and appointments.
