Job summary

The Beckett Center in Medford, Oregon, seeks a Residential Care Associate I to provide caring companionship and daily living support. Under RN guidance, you will assist with personal care, meals, and transportation, helping clients maintain independence and safety.

This role falls under the AFSCME bargaining unit. Training includes MHACBO-accredited CEUs and paid supervision while gaining on-the-job experience.

Qualifications

• Caregiving or mental health experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass DHS background check.
• Valid driver's license required within 30 days of hire.
• Willingness to complete crisis de-escalation and CPR trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with meal preparation and food purchasing as needed.
• Transport clients to program activities and appointments.
• Pass medications under RN guidance and document the care provided.
• Maintain accurate documentation per productivity standards.
