Job summary

Midwest Health, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Driver responsible for safely transporting residents to appointments and activities while maintaining dignity and respect.

The role requires adherence to facility policies, timely communication with the Administrator and Nursing Department, and flexible support for CNA or Maintenance duties between appointments. Ideal candidates will hold a CNA license in good standing, CPR certification, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA license in good standing with the State.
• CPR certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with facility, safety and corporate policies.
• Assist residents in wheelchairs and assist disabled passengers into/out of vehicle.
• Transport residents to appointments/activities in a safe, courteous manner.
• Time management to create routes for appointments/activities.
• Report vehicle issues and unsafe conditions to Administrator.
• Be on-call every 3rd week in a rotating schedule.
