Front Porch is seeking a Caregiver to provide routine nursing assistant services under the direction of the Director of Resident Services/Charge Nurse. You will assist residents with dining, personal care and daily living activities while following facility policies and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include serving meals, helping with bathing and dressing, maintaining a clean, safe environment, keeping logs, and reporting residents’ conditions to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Essential: First Aid certificate.
• Nonessential: CPR certificate.
• Essential: High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service to residents, families, co-workers and vendors.
• Assists residents to dining room and serves meals; assists with cutting food.
• Assists residents with bathing, dressing and personal hygiene.
