Job summary

Paradise Valley Health Care Center, Inc. is seeking a compassionate nursing assistant to provide routine daily care and services to residents in accordance with their care plans and supervision.

You will use PCC to manage resident information, document observations, and report changes to the Health and Wellness Director. You will escort residents, prepare rooms, assist with transfers, and maintain hygiene and comfort while protecting privacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business material.
• Ability to write reports and procedures clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care and services to residents according to care plans.
• Use PCC to manage resident information and assist with ALDS, meals, etc.
• Record entries on notes, SPAs, and incident reports clearly and promptly.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to Health and Wellness Director.
• Escort residents to rooms and assist with transfers and daily activities.
• Maintain resident rooms, comfort, safety, and privacy; ensure cleanliness and order.
