The SR Companies is seeking a compassionate resident assistant to enhance daily living experiences for residents at SRIM. You will assist with activities of daily living, support dining services, and help maintain a clean, safe environment within the community.

Responsibilities include assisting with dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene; providing respectful interactions with residents, families, visitors, and staff; and following HIPAA guidelines while participating in trainings and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, peri-care, toileting and hygiene.
• Serve residents in dining room at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Respond promptly to residents' requests and maintain a dignified caring atmosphere.
• Observe changes in residents' health and report to supervisor.
